My name is Jamie Brand and I am the owner of M&B Services, an independent Brighton-based business specialising in the provision and maintenance of security systems, but also offering high quality general maintenance work.

I have always had a fascination for taking things apart and figuring out how they work and building things with my own two hands. It is then no surprise that from a young age I begun working with my dad doing all sorts of general maintenance jobs. As an adult, I joined HM Armed Forces and after leaving, I started working for a large security company. Through my incessant curiosity, I quickly knew the systems inside and out. Since then, I have been building a better understanding of as many systems as I can, and truly feel that you never stop learning.

When I became a first-time dad, I decided to start my own business to support my family and make sure I can be around for all the firsts. That is where our unique name Moon & Back Services comes from - my wife made up her own lullaby that she sings to our daughter to soothe her.

Having worked with some of the biggest security companies in the area, I want to be able to offer a service that really revolves around my customers and gives the best service for a reasonable price, and I think that's achievable!

Our ethos is that you pay for our service, not our equipment. We are not a reseller: we are an installer, and we are proud to be able to offer fair and competitive quotes whilst keeping our standards sky high. You will always deal directly with an engineer who know the ins and outs of the equipment and not a salesman who doesn't know the first thing about the goods. We feel this way you're always getting the equipment that is tried and true and not that which has the largest profit margins!

We like to support local businesses and offer discounts to aid in this. As a veteran myself, I am also proud to offer a military discount to serving and veteran military personnel.
